We are dedicated to promoting, educating and the study of Hsing-I (Xing Yi), Pa-Kua (Ba Gua) and Tai Chi (Tai Ji), the Taoist Internal Martial Arts. Our curriculum holds a blend of practical fighting, Chin Na, throwing, weapons, Chi Kung (Qi Gong) and meditation. Both instructors have years of full contact experience on the international level. Classes include warm-ups, stretching exercises, traditional forms, 2 man forms, practical applications, heavy bag training, focus mitts, sparring, tumbling and general conditioning. We maintain and pass on the traditional rank, system and philosophies as taught to us by Shrfu Mike Patterson.
